Open Enrollment Period for Plan Year 2025 ends on Wednesday, January 15, 2025

All Marketplace applications must be submitted by this date to secure coverage for Plan Year 2025. Clients who enroll in or make changes to their coverage between December 19, 2024, and January 15, 2025, will have an effective coverage start date of February 1, 2025. After January 15, consumers can only enroll or change plans if they qualify for a Special Enrollment Period due to a change in circumstances.

As you assist clients, please ensure you are meeting all consumer consent and eligibility attestation requirements. Work closely with your clients to verify their application details are accurate and that they are enrolled in the plan that best fits their needs for 2025.
