Molina Healthcare Background Check Reminder for Agents

Starting Monday, March 3rd, 2025, Molina Healthcare will begin emailing brokers who have reached the two-year mark with active enrollments. This message is your advance notice so you’re ready to go when the time comes.
What’s Happening?
Brokers who’ve been active with Molina for two years will be asked to complete a background check as part of their continued compliance requirements. You’ll receive one of two versions of an official email with next steps, but you don’t have to wait for the email to get started.
How to Complete Your Background Check
You can take action as early as 9:00 AM PST on Monday, March 3rd. Just log in to Evolve (Molina's Agent Portal) and:
- Locate the IBR document
- Review and sign the form to give permission for the background check
⚠️ Note: The emails will be sent out in batches throughout the day, but the form will be available in your portal starting at 9am PST.
