We remain dedicated to equipping you with the essential tools and resources to excel in your role as insurance agents. To further enhance your experience and support the maintenance of your Agent of Record (AOR) status, we are excited to highlight two export options now available in Health Sherpa.

Now is the critical time to ensure that all your enrollments are in good order. Double-check the details, verify EDE permissions, and confirm AOR status to avoid any last-minute issues.

EDE Permission Revoked Export

This report is a powerful tool to audit enrollments within your book of business where EDE permission has been revoked. It plays a crucial role in safeguarding your AOR status by ensuring that you have the necessary permissions for all your clients. We highly recommend you familiarize yourself with this export to stay ahead of any potential risks.

You can access this export in the Exports tab. Simply click "Generate" to initiate the export process. Once complete, the export will be sent to your inbox for download and access. If the Exports tab is not visible, please reach out to your agency admin, as exports may be disabled for some agents.

AOR at-risk Clients Export

The AOR at-risk Clients export in HealthSherpa is designed to help agents and agencies identify clients whose agent of record (AOR) status may be at risk. You can use this information to review AOR status and take necessary actions. If fraud is suspected, agents should follow CMS guidance.

You can access the export through the Exports tab, generate it, and download the results from your inbox. Agencies, specifically admins, can access the agency version of the export in the Exports tab, pulling information for the entire agency and any downline agencies.
