Important Change in ACA Advanced and As-Earned Statements Process

We are writing to inform you about an important change in how we process and send ACA Advanced and ACA As-Earned statements to our ACA Advanced partners. We have worked diligently to streamline our processes to enhance efficiency, particularly focusing on statements sent via E123 (i.e., the PDF statements).

Due to the tremendous growth of the AOBG ACA Advanced program, the file sizes have increased as well. As a result, it now takes more time not only to process them within our accounting system but also to compile the data into PDF files and send them via email.

To address these challenges, starting with ACA Advanced statements sent for the period 03/23/2024 through 04/05/2024 and As-Earned files sent on or after 04/02/2024, we will implement a "single data row process" for the PDFs sent by E123 to ALL ADVANCED agencies. This enhancement will allow us to send the Excel file statements more quickly, which are much better suited for monitoring your business compared to PDFs.

The primary change you will notice is that instead of receiving a PDF statement with multiple pages of data, it will now include a single row summarizing the total applied to the debit balance or being advanced. Below is an example illustrating this change for an As-Earned PDF statement:

If you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition and are excited about the opportunities this enhancement brings for a successful 2024.
